The Design Process

Here's what to expect when you start your interior design project with us,

together every step of the way

1. Enquiry

This is your first step toward transforming your space. During the enquiry phase, we’ll arrange an initial consultation to discuss your needs, style preferences, budget, and timeline. You can share inspiration, floorplans, photos, or simply your ideas and we’ll start mapping out how everything could come together. We'll explain how our process works, and what services are right for you, so you can move forward with confidence. This is your chance to ask questions and understand what to expect from us.

2. Concept Development

Here’s where your vision starts to come to life. We’ll take everything we discussed and create an initial concept that reflects your style, aspirations, and how you want the space to feel and function. You’ll receive mood boards, colour palettes, layout suggestions, and material inspirations that lay the groundwork for the final design. This stage is all about exploring creative options and making sure we’re heading in a direction you love — before getting into technical detail.

3. Final Design

Once you're happy with the concept, we develop a fully detailed design plan. This may include scaled floorplans, elevations, lighting layouts, finishes, and 3D visuals to help you picture the final result. We’ll also provide a detailed specification document listing all materials, furniture, and fittings, along with accurate costings. The final design ensures every detail is considered and approved before moving forward to procurement and implementation.

4. FF+E

FF&E stands for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment. If you are a design only client, we part ways here, but not before giving you access to our exclusive procurement system so you can order everything with ease.

For full service interior service clients, we'll keep on top of order, delivery dates and the handling of bespoke fittings.

5. Install

The final stage is all about execution.

We offer design install support with includes liaising with trades and regular site visits to ensure the design plan is being adhered to.

6. Styling

The finishing touches to make your new home feel exactly like that. Lived in, with stylish decor finishes and bringing back in your personal items like photos or art. This is completed at the end of install for a turn key finish.
